ITS PRINCIPAL-HIGH QUALITY

1.For main driving the tension pulley with diameter of 250mm which is driven by the mainshaft is to drive the spindles to run. The spring piece adopts a frame-type design,[-shape short splndle rail and angle square-type short roller stand. which is compact and stable,with a low center of gravity suitable for all kinds of lifting motions.

roving with max dia of 135mm) or single-layer6-row creel (suitable for roving whith max. dia

Of 152mm).

5.Suction box sealed well by silica gel.

HIGH AUTOMATION

1.First adopt the internationally advanced programme controller and the speed-adjusting inverter.

2.While the machine is running. digital display can show the linear speed of front roller, spindle speed, twist range.presetting length and shift output.

3.The frame can stop at a praper position automatically, whenever lt is required during the spinning process.

4.If needed. the r Jng rail can wing down automatically in advance and the machine can stop automatically ata proper position.

5.When spinning the yarn to the presetting length. the ring rail will wing down and stop automatically at a proper position.

6.Before starting the machine, the ring rails will reset themselves at the sta rting position automatically.

7.During spinning process, the spindle speed can be changed automatically or manually.

8.Equipped with auto-doffer, the power supply will be put through automatically before doffing.

Operation and management

1.To ensure tha normal running ofthe frame, the driving and fixed time by the lubrication system of the headstock will be lubricated rationingly at fixed time by the lubrication system.

2.Change gears for drafting,twisting,and winding are of the same modula.bore diameter and width, and therefore interchangeable.This decreases the type and quantity of the spare gears.

3.Equipped with the broken yarn and suction device,which can borh fit to cottoh-type flute and fibre Sub-pipe.

4.All the conrtolling and operating buttons are concentrated on the pannei of the headstock.

5.Since both the headstock and the endstock are more narrow Than the middle portion,it is unnecessary to pull out the bobbins in advance befora auto-doffing.
