Rail Bending-Forming Machine

• SIMPLETEC 1200T Rail Bending Machine is designed for bending/forming or straightening of railway tracks.

• There are two 300T Down Stroking Traveling Presses running on a 9000 mm long track.

• The bed length is 7000 mm.

• There are two 300T Horizontal Pressing Cylinders which can be positioned as required along the entire length of the bed.

• The press travel is motorized, actuated through push buttons provided on two electric panels or through remote control pendants The press is easy and safe to operate.

• Machines with longer table and higher capacities are also offered.
