Glass Washing and Drying Machine

1. Introduce

Glass Washing & Drying Machine QX2500-3Composed of feeding section, washing section, drying section, discharging section, fan (bellow), fan rack and electrical cabinet, it is used for washing and drying lower and upper surface of common float glass..

2. Structural Features:

1)The transmission rubber roller is the vulcanized rubber roller with diameter of 800mm, which parts exposed to water have been wrapped by rubber.

2) There is stainless steel tray and spray pipe installed in feeding section, which is used for washing glass simply.

3) There are three pairs of brush, tanks and rinsing pipes in washing section:

a. Diameter of brush is 180mm; head of shaft is made of stainless steel.

b. Diameter of hair of the brush is 0.20 to 0.25mm, which is used to wash the surface of common glass.

c. The transmission of brush roller is driven by upper and lower motors respectively. The motor drives the belt, which drives the brush accordingly.

d. Spray and rinsing pipes are made of stainless steel.

e. There is stainless steel filter and push-in socket in the tank, which are easy to be dismantled. It is easy to pump water from the tank.

f. There are three tanks made of stainless steel.

4) Washing section and drying section can be lifted up to 400mm electrically, so as to clean and maintain rubber roller and roller brush easily.

5) There aretwo pairs of air knivesin drying section, which are made ofstainless steelwith special processing. There is heating facility in last pair of air knives.

6) Fan is installed above independent fan rack with silencer protection; air intake filter is easy to be replaced and cleaned.

7) Main transmission is driven by bevel gear, which speed is controlled by variable frequency and displayed with digital display. It is convenient and straight forward to read the speed.

8) Some sheet metal parts exposed to water are made of stainless steel. Side cover is made of carbon steel sheet with Teflon processing on the surface.

9) The edging plate of the rack is made of stainless steel with Teflon processing on the surface.

10) The upper and lower frame of the machine is welded by standard section bars with coating processing on the surface.
