2. Usage

Manually Operated flash butt welder, suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings. High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminum casting allows for lower weight without compromising strenghth and performance.

3. Operating demonstration

a. The carriage Jawws are clamped around the pipe.

b. The pipe ends are faced flat & parallel to each other to give a good mating for fusion.

c. The heater is placed into machine, Both pipe ends are brought together against the heater.

d. The pipe soaks against the heater and begins to melt. Both ends are brought together and beg in to bond immediately

e. The pipes are held at pressure until cool leaving a joint stronger than the pipe.
