QJ50 Small Capacity Chocolate Making Machine

(Capacity: 50~70 kgs/h 10hours x50Kgs/h=200~700 Kgs/shift)

This small plant is the professional equipment for producing chocolate. The tempered chocolate paste is filled by depositor to the heated moulds, then vibrated to throw off the air bubble in chocolate and make chocolate to get uniform distribution. After these processes, chocolate will have the required outlook and the best quality.

It can produce out good quality chocolate products such as central filling, small nuts pieces mixed (grain is less 3mm) chocolate and Pure chocolate products.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

40% by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be issued a L/C at sight confirmed by the Seller's bank, and to be paid at the presentation of the shipping documents.

Testing & training:

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30 days.

WARRANTY:

The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyers site for repairing and maintenance at the sellers cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.

Utilities:

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
