Design and construction rules:

All the standard which is required for the crane is Chinese standard.

Conditions of Use:

1. Elevation is less than 1000m.

2. Ambient air temperature does not exceed -25~ 40'C.

3. Ambient air relative humidity is not more than 85% (+25'C)

4. Indoor use (corrosive environment and outdoor areas, take special orders).

5.Five. Rated cycle of 10 minutes, the benchmark of 25% continuous power, the equivalent number of starts per hour, not more than 120 times.

6. Electric main circuit rated voltage is AC 380V/50hz/3P, control circuit voltage has 110v,36V and 24V.

Product introduction:

Explosion proof performances of all motor, and electric components of explosion-proof crane meets standards stipulated by GH 3836.2--2000Explosion proof electric equipment Working in Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flame-proof Type “D”, and the performance of the crane meets demands in JB/T5897--1991Explosion proof crane. The crane has obtained Explosion-proof certificate after passing examinations by entities designated by the government to test explosion-proof products. The explosion-proof marks are Exd II, BT4, ExdII CT4 respectively.

Explosion proof bridge crane is suitable for areas where the explosion-proof abilities requirement is not higher than IIB or IIC and the ignition temperature group of inflammable gas or explosive mixture of steam and gas is not lower than T4. Applicable dangerous zones are zone 1 and zone 2.

5-10t crane does not have aux.hook.

Crane girders:

The crane girders are of welded box type construction. This result in lower dead weights with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway.

Electrical elements

The crane that we are offering is designed to meet the required functions stated in your specifications, as well as for the operating conditions.

The sub-assemblies used are standardized equipment of renowned manufactures and have been approved for specific crane operation by our test laboratory. Their characteristics regarding impact,vibrations, wear and safety were examined before entering our warehouse.

Motor protection class is IP 54 or IP44, insulation class is F or H.

All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a general contactor.

Power supply cable and control cable along the girder are supplied.

A protective earth conductor is fitted as standard.

Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches

Overload protection: In case of overload, the hoist mechanism switches off.

Painting:

In factory after manufacturing (after welding),average thickness about 105 microns.
