1,Application

We developed VT-12B Zinc wire Rolling machine with reference to the international advanced technology in this field. It’s mainly apply to the rolling of pure zinc wire, zinc & aluminum alloy wire.

2 Machine structure:

VT-16B roll machine is make up of wire take-up shaft, wire adjusting device, rolling device, pay-off device, cooling & lubricating system, drive system and electric control system.

3,Electric control: Controlled by inverter, can change speed according to different wire diameters.

4,Finished wire diameter: Can make per customer’s requirement. Our standard specs are: 15mm~4.85m,10.5mm~3.5mm.
