A:Brief and work truth
The machine is a kind of timber extrusion equipment to adapt for section demand and upper crystal precision that adopt PLC,transducer,touching screen,circumrotate coder,simulating mete block,closed loop control,
practice constant speed extrusion or gradually dropping speed extra extrusion. In the process of extrusion as a result of changing of length and feed material temperature,the extrusion speed will advance step by step.So it will affect the section precision of type timber.Routine timing press adopts journey switch to sub suction set speed.So the speed curve of moving forward submitting saw shape.
The constant speed extrusion machine can measure piston forward speed by coder,controlled with closed loop,immediacy dominating motor speed to control the amount out of oil.so it can reach the high precision and technological requirements .
It can also adjust and inspect the extrusion speed by touching screen.
