Farm land leveler is mainly used in farm land precision smooth operation,to realize the farmland water saving irrigation, reduce fertilizer loss. It is suitable for dry farm land leveling and irrigation paddy field flat before irrigation, leveling precision up to ±2 cm. It could operate in radius of 400 m,flat land elevation difference not more than 30 cm to achieve high precision land leveling.
When flatting the land, laser can emit 360 ° rotating beam forming laser scanning surface as system working base level. The controller operate flatting control according to the laser receiver setting laser height relative to base level elevation difference. Elevation difference information processed,then send electrical signals to control hydraulic control valve, automatic controlling bulldozer blade height to make the land achieve positioning standard height.
