Oil fried potato chips are a kind of snack processed from fresh potato chips after being washed, peeled, sliced, fried and flavored. It not only retains the special delicious flavor of roasted potato but also has rich nutrition value, and is delicious, convenient, and thus winning the favor of consumers.

The processing flow:

Potatoes → Washing → Peeling → Trimming → Slicing → Washing → Blanching → De-watering → Frying → De-oiling → Inspecting → Seasoning → Packaging
