Portable gas turbine oil purifier

General Description:

TL series turbine oil purifier is an outstanding product approved and acknowledged by China Electric Power Ministry. There is the latest advanced technology and technique of gravity settlement, coalescence-separation, absorbing, centrifugal separation, pressure filtering etc. It is able to break emulsion, dehydration, degassing and removing solid particulates and other impurities from oil. It is ideal equipment to deal with turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil online.
To meet customers' special requirement, Wanmei develops TL-B semi-automatic turbine oil purifier, TL-Q automatic turbine oil purifier and TL-Ex anti-explosion turbine oil purifier.

Characteristics:

1. There is the coalescence-separation and three-dimensional flash distillation technique, and it has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil.

2. There is optimized electric heating system with automatic constant temperature controller which ensures the oil temperature to be even and stable.

3. There is precise multi-stage filtration systems which help remove different kinds of impurities with high quality filter element of better ability of containing pollutants and long service life.

4. There is advanced infrared oil level control System and pressure protection device which make operation simple and safe.

5. It can purify any kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.

6. There is air cooling system which helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.

7. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours (it's optional).

8. There is aluminum electric control cabinet, whose merits are heat conducting and anti-explosion.

9. The automatic series model has the following merits:
(l) Automatic oil purifier series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every process and ensure its safe operation onsite and online without supervision.

(2)The equipment is installed with auto alarming system. It will sound the alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor, vacuum pump, oil pump, heater are overloaded and pressure is abnormal.

(3)The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.

Application Scope:
It can be commonly used for on-line turbine oil filtration in electric power, metallurgical, chemical engineering industries. It is good at demulsification, dehydration and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as turbine oil used in other machinery and electric power equipment.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
