How PP and PET Pneumatic strapping tool works:

1,A pneumatic strapping tool is for the friction hot melt type, through the high-speed friction overlapping plastic with heat bonding, so called friction hot melt.

4, The high-speed rotation of the air motor, maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, makes the vibrator as the pendulum general high-speed movement.

5, Under the strapping with die by the end of the triangular teeth fixed in intercourse panel; strap on vibrator triangular teeth friction generates heat as intense vibration and lower straps and adhesive.
