TSJ series Two-stage pelletizing machine

Feature

Stage 1 is TSJ high-speed co-rotating twin-screw extruder, Stage2 is SJ low speed single screw extruder. Two machines are placed vertically.

Principle and application:

1.Take advantage of twin-screw extruder and single. Twin-screw extruder force transportation, high effective plastizing and compounding, disperation.

2. Increasing the operation variable and realizing the process because of two-stage machine.

3.Higher effective and production capacity.

4.Good at process heat-sensitive material and devolatilization operation. such as PVC XLPE

5.Zero halogen cable, shield material, carbon black etc.

Suitable material:

PP PE PVC ABS PS and some thermoplastics
