Overview

The composite material electromagnetic induction sealing technique is the advanced sealing means recognized by the world now,and its contactless heating is suitable for sealing of sealing of plastic bottle(PP,PVC,PE,ABS,HDPE,PS and DURANCON),glass bottle and various composite plastic hose so currently it is the most advanced technology for sealing bottles in such inductries as pharmacy,food,grease,daily chemistry,domestic chemistry,and agricultural chemistry.

Working principle

The main machine transmits its extra-audio current to the sensor,and the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth,under the sensor,produces extraudio current owing to electromagnetic induction,and it reached high temperature instantly in this way,the composite film on the lauminum foil will melt and bind with the bottle mouth,achieving the sealing effect of high-performance and high quality.
