Vertical straightening machine group
adjusting pipe curvature and section ovality. The characteristics of the machine is vertical configuration and bidirectional
driving, so themachine has high transfer torque and high quality of straightening. It’s appropriated for continuous
operation because it’s convenience to roll change andeasy to bite.
The material of straightening roller is 9Cr2MoV, which is wearproof and durable. The hole pattern is elliptical
translation curve, which is the most advanced in straightening machine industry. These characteristics can ensure
the material been straightened without spiral indentation, scratch and other defects. The roller can also improve the
ovality of section.
