1 Perfect combination between high speed and high resolution

This Phaetonlarge format solvent printeris equipped with Seiko SPT 510/50pl Piezo print head. It has 510 nozzles and 71.8mm of printing width. And the ink spray frequency is much high than normal print heads. So the printing speed is very high up to 157sqm/hour even at 2 pass printing mode. Meanwhile, the nozzle size only is not big, so the printing resolution can achieve 720*720 dpi which is absolutely meet the demands of outdoor advertising.

2 Perfect working performance

This phaeton large format solvent printer is equipped with powerful suction fans under the printing platform to avoid the collision between the carriage and the media, so the print heads can be protected very well even in the process of high speed printing.

Meanwhile, the voltage of the print head is able to adjust automatically depending on the temperature. This will solve the problem on nozzle clogging under huge temperature change.

3 Low Ink Cost

Because seiko print head is largely used in the outdoor printing market, the market demands of Seiko digital ink is very big, the cost of ink goes down sharply.

Meanwhile, the nozzle of Seiko SPT print head is 50pl, so it doesn’t select digital ink very strictly and has a high adaptability for digital ink. All of these reasons caused its ink is much cheaper than the digital ink for Konica, Epson, and Spectra print heads.
