Machine Features:

It is specially designed to Produce Sinlge Color Soles for Sports Shoes, Casual Shoes, Men's Shoes, Women's Shoes, Slippers and Sandals.

It is suitable for materials such as thermoplastics, PVC, TPR, TRU Plastic Foam and Non-Foam Materials.

LCD screen and PLC are adopted to detect automatically and ease the operation.

Strong mould closing structure and mould clamping force enables the simultaneous injection of tri-color materials at one clamping, which saves production time, increases output and creates more profits.

Imported linear telecommunication device is adopted to control the plastic injection capacity with an accuracy of 0.1mm. It can achieve an accurate injection, attractive appearance and stable quality of the products.

Outer motor pump is designed to achieve a better heat-dissipating effect and a longer service life of the machine.

High-speed injection device can be installed when producing super-light high-foam PVC and TPR shoes.
