1.The ventilation of the pile is mainly completed by natural or passive ventilation.The ventilation rate is determined by the pile porosity.

2.Our pile turner machine can mix the fermentation materials uniformly and thoroughly. Strains fully contact with the raw material to promote the fermentation products mature.

3.Backflow of the dry compost improved the pile structure,then keep a suitable shape easily.

4.Material fragility and porosity also get great improvement.At the meantime,the effect of pile is improved.

5.It is more suitable for the function and technology of microbial fermentation materials,effectively mix the viscous fermentation material,microbial agents and the straw powder well.Creating a better anaerobic environment for the material fermentation.

6.Under this loose material properties,fermentation materials heated up in 24 to 48 hours,deodorize within 3 days and can become fertilizer in 15 to 20 days.

7.Fast fermentation,can effectively prevent the harmful and malodorous gas,such as hydrogen sulfide, amine,and indole gas,etc.It is not only suit the environmental requirement,but also produce good biological organic fertilizer.
