Characteristics:

1. The most important part, high precision shearing unit including shearing cylinder and ledger blade is imported from Germany, which is trustworthy to make the excellent shreaing.

2. Adopting Schneider Inverters and PLC system which enjoys the advantage of high automation.

3. Each unit is individually driven by motors. The machine speed and shearing cylinder speed are adjustable, by means of inverter controlling.

4. Fabric tension is managed by inveter, which offers easy adjustment and assures the reliable quality on shearing.

5. The shearing depth can be adjusted electrically at the accuracy of 0.01mm by the optical ruler.

6. The shearing cylinder and base are driven by imported hydraulic system with smooth high speed when detedting the seams.

7. Four pieces of spiral spreading rollers have been adopted to eliminate any curled fabric edge.

8. Equipped with dust absorption device and dust abatment.

9. Equipped with metal detector to alarm metal on fabrics and stop the machine automatically to protect the shearing cylinder and ledger blade.

10. An auto centering device is optional at the feeding bracket which could spread and ensure the fabrics fed in center position automatically to save manpower.

11. Electrostatic eliminator is optional at the plaiting device.
