3. The front board feeding gap should be 1.5 times bigger than the paper's thickness.

Adjust the left and rear board:
1. The fixed right board can save much adjusting time on changing size between left and right board.
2. Adjusting the rear board and leave 2 feeding paper's space over it.

2. The left digital table is used to adjust the paper feeding speed.
3. The right digital table is used to adjust the conveying speed after it shaped, and the speed should be less than the paper feeding's speed.

The glue-coated section adjusting
The first carton should be feeded with a jog speed by the foot pedal controller. When it comes to the glue-coated section, adjusting it to the place where the glue won't be overflowed.

Scraping glue adjusting:
1. Equipped a scraping blade in the scraping glue section, it is easier to adjust the difference thickness of the glue in the whole paper, and at the same time, can save a lot.
2. Adjust the upper wheel gap according to the coated-glue's planeness.

Shaping Operation:
After shaping by hands, convey it to the belt then it can be quickly assembled.
Output: 40-65sheets/min)
