Refractory Material Planetary Mixer MP-R

Refractory material means the nonmetal materials, the refractoriness of which is no less than1580°C, has goodthermal shock resistant and chemical corrosion resistant, low heat conductivity coefficient and expansion coefficient. It mainly divided in shaped refractory material and unshaped refractory materials.

Considered the special situation of refractory material fields, and a mass of hard raw materials like corundum, we specially designed the planetary mixer MP-R series to meet the requirements of refractory material fields.

Features

1. Special designed mixing trough and mixing tools are more firm, and with highpowerful resistance to impact load;

2. Enhanced gearbox had good shock resistance;

3. Mixing blades and scrapers, tiles and liners are made of hard surfacing materials (imported wear-resistant welding stick), which is more wearable, the service life is 3 times longer compared with normal materials.

4. Special developed sealing device has the function of effective sealing and more wearable.

5. Weighing system, feeding system and dust collection system can be equipped according to the requirements of the customer.
