Most-992 high temperature gauze sets equipment

High-temperature and high-pressure gauze boiling and bleaching machine (hereinafter referred to “the machine”) can complete multiple functions such as degreasing and bleaching, etc. at one time, changing complicated technology of separate degreasing and bleaching lines in conventional machine types, shortening technological time, reducing floor area of the machine and improving economic benefits, therefore is an ideal product taking place of rope bleaching line and imported equipments. The machine is applicable to products including gauze, cotton roll and absorbent cotton, etc.

Machine features:
1. Imported centrifugal pump in high frequency and high performance.

2. High-efficiency external heat exchanger, improving heating efficiency.

3. Automatic control of intake and drainage of water, temperature rise and drop, shortening technological time.

4. Motor rotates continuously to eliminate reversing pause and extend service life of electric equipments.

5. Control of main pump with variable frequency, free adjustment of flow rate, saving energy consumption during load shedding and startup.

6. No pause during reversing, increasing number of cycles of dye solution and ensuring excellent boiling and bleaching effects.

7. Pressure dehydration can reduce water content of fabrics and shorten drying time.

8. High-efficiency cleaning system shortens cleaning time and reduce water consumption.

9. Adopted technique of air cushion enables low bath ratio of 1:4-6.
