Mint oil centrifuge separator is tubular Bowl Centrifuge which is used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation for the two liquids with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation for a mixture consists of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solids in small quantities.

It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The suspension is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal force and the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid.

The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from their respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator. At the same time the solids are depositedon the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. After the machine completely stopped, dismantle the bowl from the machine and clean the accumulated solids manually from the bowl with special tools supplied together with the separator.

The parts contact with the material is made of stainless steel. The machine body is iron casted which can be covered with stainless steel or painted according to the material to requirement of the customer.

The main applications of the tubular centrifuge separator for oil separation are:

Vegetable oil: Coconut oil, colza oil, mint oil, lemon oil, cotton seed oil, core oil, palm oil, avocado oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil, waste cook oils.

Animal oil: Fish oil and other animal oil.

Mineral oil:Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils.

Notice:

1. The throughput capacity indicated in the table is the maximum throughput capacity. The real production capacity of the separator depends on the viscosity of the liquid to be separated.
2. The feeding capacity of the centrifuge can be adjusted through a hand controlled valve between the separator and the tank of raw material. The minimum feeding capacity for all types of GF centrifuge separators should be not less than 20L/h.
