Three-Stage Pipeline High Shearing-rate Emulsifying Machine and Equipment (HIIE Series)

HIIE series emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port and horizontal cantilever structure. The machine three groups or three stages of stator and high speed rotating rotor, each stage has two to six layers

Sealing: mechanical seal with lower leakage and longer service life. Single end-face or twin end-face mechanical seal as choice according to different application, and the twin end-face mechanical seal can be connected to clean tap water directly.

Characteristics: Higher shearing force, faster emulsifying procedure, smaller distribution of particle sizes and better emulsifying stability.

Working conditions:Pressure£18bar, vacuity³0.3bar, material temperature£150^oC;

Material Viscosity increases 1000mPa×s each time, nominal discharging flow rate decreases 20%. When viscosity reaches about 3000mPa×s, the material must be pumped into machine.

Anti-hazard classification can be chosen as desired.

Applications:Emulsifying (Liquid to liquid), suspending (solid to liquid), aerosol making (gas to liquid) and homogenizing painting, oil paint, food, coating material, metal- oxide suspension and water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion manufacturing, accelerating reaction speed, improving activator productivity, nano-chemical products producing.
