Middle Consistency Cleaner

1. Working principle:

GXZC-I medium and low-consistency summer adopts the spiral tangent in the cone, so that a steady gyre is developed and accepts will be separated from the upper side, while rejects are discharged from the bottom. It can be widely applied in stock cleaning system to remove the sands, dust and some other fine impurities from the stock.

2. Performance and Charac:

The cleaner is composed of inlet chamber, wear-resistant cone and reject-discharging cone, making it convenient for disassembly.
2). Low power consumption.
GXZC-I medium and low-consistency cleaner can deal with the stock in consistency of 0.4% to 2.0%. The low inlet pressure reduces the power consumption.
3). Service Life.
GXZC-I medium and low-consistency cleaner applies wear-resistant stainless steel material, which enhances the wearing-resistance and corrosion-resistance and makes it more applicable in a wider range.
