Medium turnkey beer plant

List includes Beer Fermenter, Beer Brite Tank, Mash Tun / Lauter Tun, Whirlpool Tank, Brew Kettle, Hot liquor tank,etc.

• The inner are adopted 304 stainless steel. Use polyurethane as insulating layer. The outside scarfskin is according to the customers’ requirement.
• You can choice stainless steel polishes, carbon steel, spray finishing and so on.
• Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology, diverse methods to control the temperature, the inner surface of the tank are mirror-polished.
• All tanks are designed for up to14.7 PSIand tested at30 PSI. The inside polished to Ra≤0.22um and the outside is a Brushed / Satin finish.
• Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system.
• The cooling jacket can achieve all countries standard, supply Miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on to meet all kindsof cooling technology of coolant and pressure.
