The high-speed driving of 100 m/min is applied to a general speed requirement of 80 m/min, which makes the size precision and the continuous production stable. The precision guide adopts quality nitride materials, whose surface hardness, after nitriding, can reach HV700-1000, close to YG8 carbide alley. This technology can really achieve the requirements of high-speed and high wear-resistant in flooring industry. The self-cleaning guide and the self-lubrication key part effectively reduce the cost of repair and maintenance Electric control system is controlled by PLC and a frequency converter and equipped with a high precision frequency motor. Modularized joining structure of plug-in uits mades the external electrical components simple and concise. The user operation and maintenance is transparent and simple.
