Low Emissivity inline magnetron sputtering coating machine
Low-E glass is the abbreviation of Low Emissivity Glass, namely low radiation glass. It is one type of coating glass which not only has transmittance of visual light, but also strong characteristic of separating infrared ray. It can give full play to the dual effect of natural lighting and thermal insulation and energy saving. After applying this glass, it can reduce the loss of indoor heat in winter and separate the secondary radiation of outdoor objects caused by heating of sunshine, so as to reach the objective of energy saving and consumption reduction. At the same tome, Low-E glass has relatively high transmittance in visual light band; as a result, it makes the room take more advantages of natural lighting, complies with the wish of returning to nature of modern urban citizens, saves the lighting electricity and has the environmental protection function. In cold seasons, the emission of harmful gas like CO2 and SO2 caused by heating of building is important source of pollution. If the Low-E glass is adopted, due to the reduction of heat loss, the fuel for heating will be reduced greatly, hence reduce the emission of harmful gas.
