Brief Introduction of the manufactory

HanDan Oxygen Plant Manufactory is a large state-owned enterprise, and the important enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery and HeBei province. It has gain theⅠⅡⅢ ARI license qualification to design and make pressure vessel.

The manufactory covered area 180 thousand square meters, owned RMB 169 million fixed assets, has 644 sets major produce equipment, including large, precise, rarely equipment 67 sets. It has employed over 2,200 staffs, including 231 engineering technicians and 26 high engineers.

HanDan Oxygen Plant Manufactory has perfect quality-guarantee system, and test and measure equipment, such as accurate-measure room, measurement room, metallography room, X-ray, and materials test room etc. Also, it has seven subsidiaries, they are in charge of the processing and making for the machine, riveting-welding, casting, forging, heat treatment, and electric control cabinet etc.

Its major products are the 40Nm³/h-6000Nm³/h complete set of Air Separation Plant, 20, 40, 80Nm³/h Dissolved Acetylene Plant, Cryogenic tanks, Air-heating and Vaporize heating Vaporize, 100-3000Nm³/h Purification equipment of high purity gas, CO2 Compressor, Low Temperature Liquid Pump and Methanol Rearrangement making Hydrogen Plant etc. Besides, the Cryogenic Rubber Smash Equipment and pressure boost Turbine expander are developing and producing, VPSA Oxygen Making Equipment has passed the expert appraise.

Its product not only spread 29 province, city and autonomous region in China, but also entered into the international market about 21 countries and regions. There are about 2000 sets of equipment running well in the domestic market. That means 80% of the equipment is ours. We are also the export base of the country in small size oxygen plant. With good quality and reputation, we have exported 200 sets of equipment to 21 countries & regions including Ghana, Sudan, Nigeria, Syria, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.
