I.Features

Square counter flow FRP cooling tower with steel frame, has 9 specifications, with cooling capacity of a single cell ranging from 800 to 4000m3/h. It is characterized in good thermal performance, low electricity consumption, low noise, and high stability, as well as beautiful shape, low cost and short construction and installation period. It is widely used in enterprises that need large cooling capacity system such as oil, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, and so on.

II Structures

1. Load carrying structure of the tower body:steel structure frame, which are reinforced and corrosion resistant.

2. Exterior protecting construction:made by polyester FRP, light, strong, corrosion resistant, beautiful and serviceable.

3. Air duct: kinetic energy recycling type, made by FRP, characterized in fair air flow distribution, high efficient, light, strong and corrosion resistance.

4. Fan: blades are made of epoxy FRP, in airfoil shape, filled with foamed material. It is characterized in fair aerodynamic force, large air quantity, high efficiency, low noise, and corrosion resistance.

5. Decelerator: horizontal type, low noise, and high efficient. Reliable oil lubrication, and convenient fixing. Also some of them are equipped with alarm devices of unusual oil temperature or vibration.

6. Electrical motor

Speed of the motor can be adjusted in the control cabinet through hand operation or automation.So the cooling tower achieved the purpose of energy saving.

7. Fill: it is made of modified PVC material, inflaming retarding and withstanding temperature from -35°C to 65°C. A fill sheet is shaped in large wave patterns with small patterns on their top. This structure increases the rigidity, enlarges the surface area, and improves the cooling tower’s ability in water distribution.

8.Water collector: good performance in water collection. In high speed running, the drift rate is less than 0.01%, while negligible in low speed running.
