Ink Jet Printing Machine

1. It is a freely programmable ink jet printing system for the industrial application. According to the continuous jet principle, printing no nearly all kinds of material is possible. The range of application goes from the simplest printing. I.e. date/time up to complex applications

2. Field of application is e.g.: expiry dates batch number, logos current number, production date such as date, time shift identification, logos. Etc.

3. For the Mac fast drying inks are used, providing very good adhesion properties on the varying material, such as film. Glass, metal, plastic, paper etc, and the recently optimized print head enable integration at any position of the production line. Even on structured and uneven surfaces, it can print images of consistently high quality.

4. Different inks can be chosen for the Mac unit. Offering a wide rang of different applications to the user. From standard inks via pigmented inks up to inks with special properties’ suitable for food industry, pertol-resistent, non-fading UV-readable ink. Due to the Mac’s structural design. pigmented inks (e.g. white, yellow, blue, etc) can also be used in order to print on especially contrastive and dark surfaces.
