1. Applicable Range:

This Machine for Packing Free Flowing Granular and Blocky Materials into Open Mouth Bags, Representative Materials are Rice, Seed, Urea, Compound Fertilizer, Granulated Sugar, Rubber Granule, Feed, Fertilizer, Granulated PVC, Active Carbon, Construction Materials, and Refractory Material etc.

3. Working Principle:

Materials flow freely by gravity and product will enter into weighing system uniformly through feeding unit from silo. The feeding unit valve will open after start up packing machine, then Materials will be filled into bag or weighing hopper. When weight reaches the preset value, the feeding unit valve will close. Operator takes filled bag away, or put it on belt conveyor to sewing machine. The packing process is finished.
