Application and main design features OF Electro hydraulic drum brakes:

1.YWZ9 series industrial electro hydraulic brakesare widely used in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, and civil construction as brake gears of various machines.

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of GB633-86. Technical conditions meet JB6406.2-1992.

3.YWZ9 series industrial electro hydraulic brakesare safe and reliable performances, smoothbrake, high frequency fo action, the brake torque is adjustable.

4.The installation of asbestos free brake linings and brake shoes adopte insertion method which is safe and reliable and is simple and quick for repalcement.

5.Brake spring is arranged in the spring tube frame and a brake torque calliper is set at one side for convenient and audiovisual adjustment.

6.Main waging hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearing which give high efficincy of transmission and long service life and need to lubrication during application.

7.No need to adjust the interloking equal clearance device which will always keep the clear ance equal at both sides of the brake shoes during application. The hpenomena of brake linings sticking to the drum at one side due to the uneven clearance can be avoided.

8.Wear-self-compensation device may realize self-compensation of shoe clearance and torque when lining wears.

9.The following additional fanctions can be realized by adding special devices.

10.Hand release lever.

11.Release(open) or close limit switch, may indicates whether brake is properly released or closed.

12.Lining-wear Limit-switch, may indicate when wear of lining reaches the limit.

13.Adopt thruster which fall delay valve as drive systerm. This can realize closing delay of brake.

2.Working environment of electro hydraulic drum brake must be free of combustible, explosive and corrosive gas.

3.The air relative humidity of industrial brake is not more than 90%

4.Sea level altitude for application accords with GB755-2000 standard.
