Operation work process

1.firstly check hopper(chute) and components ,and eliminate all unsafe factors before operating this machine

2. Turn on the motor shell ground wire

3.Plug in motor ,observe the grinding heard rotation , positive turn in the direction show by the arrow

4.It is better time to feed the sesame after open the motor , turn off the motor , grinding wheel even turn 6-7turns

5. To check whether it has hot sauce after 3-5minutes when it operation , immediately slowly adjust the grinding wheel ,but not too much and fast if there is smoked issue from pulp outlet

6. Must put sesame inside the heat and smoke come out quickly , cooling ,then immediately operation ,after sesame good fried

5.Peanut(groundnut) butter making method

Work process :

groundnut kernel- -bake--cooling--decorticate--sifting--pick bad kernels out--grind into thick liquid--homogenize--tinning--freeze--preservice at room temperature

Caution :

1.material: the maturity good peanut ,get rid of mildew grain, impurity,etc

2.Bake:bake peanut to 160°C,keeping the temperature 40-60mintues ,request peanut kernel ,both inside and outside color is consistent, no anxious burnt phenomenon

3.Cooling, sifting: quickly cooling after bake, remove the peel ,sifting, the cotyledon and germ separation ( note: material is not too much cooling , not including water air, oil material ,etc)

4. Operation : loose lock nut, adjusting handle to big size , open the motor( three phase should be consistent with a logo on the cover, or stop motor immediately , adjust two phase of the three phase , start again)

5.Adjust :adjust the handle ,size ,stop it when hear the slight friction sound ,the size between grind wheel will effect the capacity of machine,also effect the consumption of electric motor

6.Defibrination : the isolated cotyledons in pulping machine for grinding ,ground into a fine smooth finished products, keep the blanking uniformly ,high fineness ,high quality . Put sugar or salt( sugar 2%-3%, salt0.5%) and 0.05% vitamin E

7.Homogenize : heat the peanut to 60-70…°C inside agitator tank , let stand frozen at low temperature around zero . Remove it after completion of the overall crystallization , then put at room temperature ( if want more sweet , can put more sugar)

Sesame oil work process

1. Clean material : pick good sesame , get rid of bad sesame, dust , dried cleanse , put sesame in the clean water of cylinder and using stick stir for sand ,clean the abortive grain,skin and dust above the water , then keep the good sesame into water about 15minutes, then dried after sesame get enough water

2. Bake : put sesame into pan,gently baked fried , fried sesame no water ,brown color with wooden shovel rilling unceasingly, but prevent stir-fry sesame coke taste loss

Before fried, if put 4kg salt into water with aniseed ,paprika power ,etc , put it into 50kg sesame with mixed well, keep 2-3hours , then make good delicious sesame( note: the material not too much cool, the sesame not including humidity, oil material andh water ,etc)

3. operation the machine: loose lock nut, adjusting handle to big size , open the motor( three phase should be consistent with a logo on the cover, or stop motor immediately , adjust two phase of the three phase , start again)

4. Adjust :adjust the handle ,size ,stop it when hear the slight friction sound ,the size between grind wheel will effect the capacity of machine,also effect the consumption of electric motor

5. Grind: grind sesame into thin paste,adjust 2-5mm of feeding opening when grind, also adjust the size according the condition, keep the blanking uniformly, high fineness, high quality ,immediately put it into ampulla or pithos and keep sealing after grind it , generally there can get 90-95kg sesame oil from 100kg sesame
