Specification:

The pleated filter elements are usually designed for liquid/solid filtration application. They are made of sintered stainless steel fibre media(SUS 316L). Offering a high porosity and dirt holding.

Pleated media considerably increase filter area per element. The filters can be cleaned and reused many times, to achieve cost efficient operation.

In comparison with sintered metal powder or ceramic elements, we obtain up to 20 times high permeate flow rates.

The media of stainless steel wire mesh can be also used, it is less cost and on-stream life time than fiber media.
