Product description

We at BASANT AGRO INDUSTRIES had always thrived to achieve good quality since the time we established this company in 1972. In these years the working force of the company has pulled the company form base level to one of the recognizable positions from where we all stand proud.
We started our unit with the manufacturing of agriculture implements. We have always tried our best to deliver best to our esteemed customers. Manufacturing Harvesting Blades. We started the production of harvester blades at a time when there was a huge demand for it and very less production. But today we have beaten demand by increasing the production and quality. Today we are one of the leading manufacturers of HARVESTER BLADES and JACK PLANE BLADES in India. We have always tried to make blades life long and tough and for that we developed new methods by which this can be achieved.
The press work on blades is done by precision dies. Very special attention is given to the hardening process which is done on specially designed Automatic Induction Hardening Machine. The blades are then oil tempered to make them sturdy and absorb all jerks and doesn't get warped.
"VIDHATA" thresher consists of worm type threshing cylinder, Oscillating box, winnowing and cleaning attachment, feeding chute etc. The body is made of high quality steel and sheets to withstand maximum wear and tear. These threshers can be operated both with motor and diesel engine tractors. Our Multicrop thresher can thresh following cropsMillet, Wheat, Soya Bean, Mustard, Pulses, Sun Flower, Sorghum, Maize, Pease, Paddy, Grams, Groundnut, Chick peas, White Maize, Black Gram, Horse Gram, Pigeon Peas, Hyacinth Bean, Bengal Gram, Corriander, Sorghum, Oats etc.,During threshing the crop's straw is separated from grain by worm type cylinder. The straw is thrown out from the machine with the help of blower. Other impurities like dust/dirt are thrown out through other outlet. Extra blower is provided for cleaning of grains, which clears the left-over impurities.
