1.INTRODUCTION OF ROLL FORMING MACHINE

This production line consists of flattener feeder, hydraulic press, roll forming mill straightener

and PLC system. The working method of this machine is mainly with paths of decoiler,

levelling and roll forming,then send the data to the computer by PLC. Then to do auto cutter

with the order set by the computer to match sizes of clients'requirements.
