High Speed Drinking Straw Machine(With Collecting Part)

1. Introduction

SDSI series high speed drinking straw machine is our new design. It adopts the screw diameter 50mm instead of 45mm, and L: D is 28: 1. The new design makes it very easy to plasticize and increase output. It is an economical machine for making drinking straws.

2. Characteristics

• All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
• Straw colors: single color, two colors, three colors, four colors and five colors

• Straw stripes: spiral stripes, straight stripes.
• Cut end: 90° /90° , 90° /45° , 90° /60° , 45° /45° , 60° /60°
• The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
• The breaker, AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
• The inverter is DELTA
