APPLICATION:

Special for coating of thermal-transfer printing band.

FEATURES:

1.Duplex turret type unwinder and rewinder,pre-drive with pre-tension for non-stop,shaft exchange,It used shaftless air clylinder.

2.This machine accepts synchronous driving by several motors with six sections of float-roller tension controlling technology.

3.It touch screen man-machine interface operation.Japanese Mitsubinshi PLC linkage and central controlled telecommunication system.

4.Both the first-coating and second-coating groups are the model of three-roller ind-pulling type,and the third-coating is the model of four-roller ink-pulling type.Both the ink-pulling rollers are driven by independent motor which can randomly regulates its running speed including the gap between operating rollers with the reticulate roller.

5.This machine is epuipped with double-alyer oven,negative pressure design,stainless steel inner tand with good temperature-keeping,waste air hit the national waste-air discharge standard.The guide roll of oven is the main driving function accompanied by independent motor driving with deviation-rectifying device at the exist location.

6.The thermal device of the oven is an independent part and the third-coating device is equipped by independent heating device for thermal-conducted oil.

7.All guide rolls accept biaxial thimble type with good nimble reaction and the material being operated is not easy to be crimpled.

8.All bearings and pneumatic cylinders are imported products.
