High Efficient Heat Transfer Evaporative Condenser

The evaporative condenser is efficient heat transfer equipment with advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, energy conservation, compact structure and easy installation. The evaporative condenser absorbs the heat of cooling agent through latent heat of vaporization generated during the evaporation of cooling water, so it needs low water consumption. It is widely applied to the aspects including chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, steel, air conditioner, coal mine, etc.

In recent years, the evaporative condenser is widely applied to ammonia freezing process and collection of tail gas during the production process of urea in nitrogen fertilizer industry and used in the aspects of gas cooling, condensation and liquid cooling during the process of ammonia synthesis, methanol synthesis, gas compression, distillation and recovery of waste heat. It is taken as one of the applied technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction. The theoretical water consumption of the evaporative condenser is only 0.35%~0.87% of water-cooled condenser. The latent heat of water with the same quality under normal temperature is 115 times that of water at the temperature of 5°C higher. It is the basic reason for water conservation and power conservation of the evaporative condenser.
