High Efficiency Industrial Chiller

1. Application:

Qingfeng industrial chillers are widely used in the field of surface treatment (Anodizing, Coloring,

Electrophoresis, Plating), Plastic injection, Rubber processing, Beverage & Brewery, Chemical Industry,

Mushroom Plant, Grain Storage etc.

2. Features:

1). Compressor:

Bitzer / Refcomp semi-hermetic Screw Styel Compressor;

Copeland Full-hermetic Scroll Type Compressor.

2). Evaporator:

SM type: It adopts Qingfeng patent flooded evaporator and the last big space mandatory nuclear states boiling design principle, with it built high efficient oil gathering device and compressor tertiary oil separator.

Adopting the CNC processing center and expands through 2.5Mpa pressure, free of wiped joint, so without any welding points.

It makes evaporator with feature of small dimension, durable, easy operation, etc. Beside flooded evaporator is convenient to clean, only to open the end cover.

The evaporating tube adopts Qingfeng patent external tread pipes, compare with ordinary heat exchange tube can improve the heat transfer area by 2.5 times,

so it improve heat transfer efficiency greatly.

S type: It adopts the patent of Ctooth internal tread copper as heat exchanger tube and shell and tube type structure.

Using the latest CAD/CAM design technique and is CNC processing center.

Make machine with advantages of small dimension, durable service life, easy operate etc. And the cooling capacity is 20% higher than normal chiller.

3). Condenser:

Watercooled condenser adopt shell and tube style using high efficiency external screw tube with advantages of compact overall size,

durable service lift, easy operate and maintenance.

Aircooled condenser adopts high efficient internal screw shell and tube strung with aluminum fins and precise machinery rising tube.

V type structural design and equal velocity improves heat exchange rate and low fan noise.

4). Control System:

PLC Microcomputer control from Germany SIEMENTS LCD touch screen. Human-computer interaction both English and Chinese in digital display with programming function and perfect communication,

easy to connect with smart control system among buildings.

5). Qingfeng Patent Energy-economizer:

Adopt efficient screw tube and rational design. It can carry on the internal heat change between the underutilized refrigerant from the condenser

and low temperature residual steam from the evaporator, making the refrigerant cool enough and the liquid in the steam vaporized.

That will not only save energy above 8% but also protect the compressor from being stricken by the liquid and improve the service life of compressor.

6). Protection Device:

With perfect protector, there is Heat Safe Module, Power Safe Module in compressor. Also being provided with Flow safeguard,

Anti-freezing safeguard, High voltage safeguard, Low Voltage safeguard, Overload safeguard,

Anti-phase safeguard, Overpressure safety valve, water pump interlock, lack of water protection etc.

All breakdown are displayed in English and Chinese on screen to avoid any damage from bad working situation and make its working life much longer.
