8. Lubrication System.

Raw materials

Usually, wood trunks, wood logs, wood branches, saw dust, bamboo, wheat straw, peanut shell, rick husk, sun flow stem, palm kernel shell etc can be pelletizing into fuel pellet. However, different materials have different characteristics, like heat valve, ask content, nitrogen content etc. The high heat valve pellet is welcome by the market.

The hammer mill

We specially designed the hammer mill for biomass pellet processing e.g. wood chips,paddy straw, sunflower stalk, forestry waste, and many other wastes or solid powder material can be processed. For small wood logs, we supply a machine that can chip the wood and crushing the machine only by one machine ! Chipping and Crushing All in One !

Rotary dryers

Dryer is used to dry the biomass powders like sawdust and other materials up to 40% moisture content to 15% moisture content usually required to make biomass pellets.Drier is a cylinder and slantwise slightly, the rotate speed can be adjustable. Wet raw materials are fed into cylinder, the materials are well-distributed and dispersed after be turned over by shoveling plate, then the materials contact with the hot air fully, the drying is acierated. Shoveling plate can be selected to meet different materials.

Ring die pellet mills

NPM provides the latest and sophisticated pellet mill in China and binder not required. As a leading China pellet mill maufacturer, now we have two models, one is NPM420 and another is NPM508.

Pellet coolers

The airflow is opposite to the direction of flow of pellets, blowing air through columns of hot & moist pellets, which results in evaporation of moisture from the pellets. To achieve the required cooling effect, pressure and volumetric flow rate of air, length of column and the residence time will play an important role. It consists of intake air lock, cooling chamber, grid gate, blower, pipeline and cyclone assembly.

Biomass Pellet Packing Machines
