III.Working principle and process detail of pelletizer machine:

1.Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage of wood pellet machine,screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber

2.In the forming chamber of wood pellet machine,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet,Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.

3.Automatic cutting machine arround the mold ,which can cut pellet automaticly,it can also adjust the length of pellet .

4.During the process ,the oil supply device can lubricate the gear and mold.

2.Moisture:8-10%,6mm-8mm

1.Crushing process:

Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.

2.Dring process

Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .

3.Pellet machine:

Pellet machine convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.

4.Cooling process

After the pellet come out from the pellet machine ,there need a cooler to cool the wood pellet ,which can pack directly,or just wait 1h to cool.

5.Packing and bagger:

After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
