DZSA Series Vertical Vibrating Screw Elevator

1. Structure

It consists of vertical screw slot, vibration motor, shocking-absorb system, bottom base, ect.

2. Working Principle

a.There are two same vibration motor to be fixed under vertical screw slot, which they can be corotated in a contrary direction. The two eccentric blocks on motor shaft can generate a big exciting force.

b.Material in the vertical screw trough will be forced moving and conveying. And, during this process, material also can drying and cooling for the next system.

3. Application

It is suitable for powder, particle solid material (except viscous and easy caking material.). Available industry: Food, Chemical, Rubber, Metallurgy, Mining, Medicine, Grain, etc.

1. drouble vibrator motors should be reversed running during working.

2. motor should have a short-phase protection.

3. vibrator motor should be lubricated regularly, support spring replaced once it damaged.

4. to avoid material spillage during machine running, you should feed it evenly
