Gold Melting Furnace
JC-K-220-1 Series JIU CHEN Melting Furnace is equipped with Thermocouple, SSR, AI Temp-erature Controller. It is specially designed and constructed for melting metals for casting and alloying of metal up to 1200oC.
The furnace is an energy-efficient heating equipment with small size, high precision, easy operation, fast heating, and high efficiency.The unit is widely used in melting gold, silver, copper and other metals; Research projects of schools, laboratories; melting and heat treatment projects of non-flammable, non-explosive materials; melting and heat treatment of materials which need precise temperature controlled.It is a best choice for small heating , melting equipment.
JIU CHEN furnaceis designed for handheld pouring directly from the specially designed crucible and tongs.
The crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace using the specially designed tongs that are provided with the furnace.
