Glass Mosaic Tunnel Stove

1. This machine is suitable for continuous volume production.

2. It is full steel structure. It uses infrared heating tube as heating element and fire-proof material of international brand as heat insulating layer, which is of low power consumption -1/2 of the total power when normally running.
3. It adopts heat resistant stainless steel mesh belt for the transportation. It reduces the mechanism maintenance when running. The mesh belt can resist temperature of 1000^oC.
4. The heating system adopts micro computer constant temperature control with high controlling precision to guarantee products quality.
5. Controlling system adopts Japanese Mitsubishi programmable controller and frequency converter non-step speed adjusting.
6. We can tailor tunnel stove of other dimension according to customer's requirements.
