Product Feature

1)This machine is used for grinding double straight line flat edge, rough grinding, refine grinding, upper chamfer angle, lower chamfer angle, upper angle polishing ,upper angle polishing, flat edges double polishing(flexible pneumatically polishing device) of flat glass at one time. The mobile cabinet adopt imported double linear roll oriented, imported double ball screw level to reach stable transmission speed, eliminating moving gap, lowering resistance and abrasion, guarantee repeating position, setting processing parameters at one time.

2) This equipment has solid structure,accurate and smooth drive system, advanced control system and powerful processing capability, it is suitable for craft glass,appliance glass, mirror, furniture glass, bathroom no-frame glass, construction hollow glass, laminated glass processing.

3) The whole machine adopt PLC touch screen control, variable frequency speed control, right angle positioning correction configuration to guarantee the parallism and diagonal precision when grinding flat glass.

4) The main transmission adopt variable-frequency motors.

5) After grinding glass, the flat edge can be polished by pneumatically or manual optional, it is flexible and convenient operation.

6) It deply the middle of glass transition bracket and dried universal sprinkler system.
