The whole Membrane Panel Welding Machine Line is composed of Uncoiler, Fin-bar Calibrating Machine, Fin-bar and Tube polishing Machine, Membrane Panel Welding Machine, Panel Bending Machine, Conveyors and Buffer Stores.

The Membrane Panel Welding Machine is the core equipment. We have three different solutions:

1) Membrane Panel MAG Welding Machine (MPM) could be adopted up to 24 MAG welding torches at both side of the panel. The panel can be welded at upper and lower simultaneously.

2) Membrane Panel SAW Welding Machine

We have stationery and Gantry types to suit different technical requirements on the membrane panel welding.

3) Semi-Automatic Panel Welding Machine

It is an auxiliary equipment of membrane panel welding. This machine is mainly for the combining of the sub-panel to required width.
