General Description

This machine is producing flap discs in a full automatic way.
The different working stations are arranged arround an index table which moves the discs from one station to the next.The machine is designed to allow the quickest change from one product to the other in order to reduce the down time of the machine to a minimum. Most of the adjustment parameters for the different products can be stored in the operator panel. The settings for a specific product will either adjust automatically or can be adjusted by the operator following the instructions on the display.
