The full-automatic electrostatic coating production line consists of high voltage electrostatic
generator,spraying room, U-type bridge drying tunnel, automatic suspension conveyor line
and powder recovery equipment.
Through high voltage static electrodes, the epoxy polyester powder with static electricity
absorbs on the cylinder surface, and is heated to the melting point and forms a curing film with
strong adhesion after leveling and drying.
